  and self-care\n\nThe course will teach you how to apply the ALGEE action 
 plan:\nâ€¢ Assess for risk of suicide or harm.\nâ€¢ Listen nonjudgmentally.\nâ€¢
  Give reassurance and information.\nâ€¢ Encourage appropriate professional h
 elp.\nâ€¢ Encourage self-help and other support strategies.\n\n<b>Class size
