 ow to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health o
 r addictions challenge or is in crisis.\nThe course introduces common ment
 al health challenges for youth\, reviews typical adolescent development\, 
 and teaches a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both cris
 is and non-crisis situations.\n\nTopics covered include:\n+ Anxiety\n+ Dep
 ression\n+ Substance use\n+ Disorders in which psychosis may occur\n+ Disr
 uptive behavior disorders (including AD/HD)\n+ Eating disorders\n\n<b>Clas
