This series is presented by the Southeast Region of the Alliance for Wisconsin Youth and Community Advocates Public Policy Institute and is focused on helping those working in community coalitions or prevention to improve their facilitation skills. All are welcome to attend.

- Identify current patterns of decision-making in their coalition
- Explore opportunities to increase coalition buy-in and ownership through facilitation
- Develop an action plan to utilize consensus decision-making practices in their work
- Understand conflict as a healthy means to achieving more
